Life hasn’t always been easy for me either — I’ve learned firsthand that real change starts when we work with our subconscious, not against it.  

Since I was young, I’ve had a strong intuition for seeing what others often miss. I didn’t realize it back then, but I always ended up being the “unofficial therapist” in every friend group. 

I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to share what I’ve learned through working with thousands of clients, decades of study and training, and a deep belief that knowledge is power, but only if you use it.
